John Duran, Aston Villa’s young striker, has come out to dispel myths, insisting he is still happy with his current club. Despite interest from Chelsea,

Chelsea are rumore to be considering a loan for the 20-year-old striker to solve the striker shortage problem in the winter market.

The report claims that officials at the Blues are talking internally about pulling Duran to join the team on a short-term basis. But no clear conclusion has been reach.

Recently, however, Duran came out to quash the rumors. Insisting that he is still focus on Villa only, but is delighted to be linked with a big team.

When asked about transfer rumours, Duran told Colombian outlet ufabet https://ufabet999.com/ : “I remain committed to Aston Villa.”

“I am not aware of any rumors that AC Milan or Chelsea are interested. They are. giant club and very gratifying But I don’t know anything.”

Duran was reportedly offer to Milan at the beginning of January. But the Rossoneri are stalling on a move for any centre-forward in the January transfer window following Luka Jovic’s convincing performances at the Stadio Meazza.

The Serbia international scored five goals in his latest seven appearances with the Serie A giants across all competitions, so the Rossoneri are prioritising the signing of a new centre-back this month.

Duran, 20, has scored four goals in 23 appearances across all competitions with Aston Villa this season.

Duran, who joined Villa from Chicago Fire in January 2023, admits he dreams of joining clubs like Milan and Chelsea.

“When you’re a kid you dream of going. Play there,” added the Colombia striker.
